Corpsoft.io: Taking Over an Inherited Laravel Product
Took over projects other teams had left failing. Laravel, Node.js and Vue under one technical lead: architecture, performance and production stability.

Took over underperforming and partially failed projects from other teams while acting as technical lead across several projects.
My engineering contribution
- Stabilized production systems with critical architectural and performance issues.
- Led technical work across multiple projects using Laravel, TypeScript/Node.js and Vue.
- Introduced AI-assisted feature development, refactoring and code-review workflows into daily engineering.
Results & scope
Combined hands-on recovery of existing systems with technical leadership and improvements to the development process. The work covered inherited applications rather than only greenfield builds.
